All Sales Final
All orders placed through the FOCA 50th Annual Crab Feast store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or sizing-related cancellations under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Local Delivery — Fair Oaks Community Only
All products are hand-delivered within the Fair Oaks community. We do not ship. No tracking numbers will be provided. Delivery details and timing will be communicated via email prior to the event. By placing an order, you confirm you are able to receive delivery within the Fair Oaks community.
Order Cancellations
FOCA reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Buyers may not cancel orders once placed.
Quality Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a clear print error or manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@support.focacrabfeast.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface with the issue visible. We will review and, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund.
Note: Dissatisfaction with color, fit, or personal preference does not qualify as a quality issue and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
— FOCA cancels your order
— A confirmed quality issue is approved by our team
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

Who can order?
Anyone. Gear is available to the entire Fair Oaks community — attendees and non-attendees alike.
When do orders close?
April 28th. No exceptions. We are only printing what is ordered, so do not wait.
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be hand-delivered within the Fair Oaks community in June, prior to the Crab Feast.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
All sales are final. We strongly recommend consulting the size guide before ordering. We cannot accommodate size exchanges.
